King Peter Ham - Tempus' signature air-dried ham, flavoured delicately with juniper, bay and black pepper then lightly smoked over chestnut wood. Rich, delicate with a hint of nuttiness

Tempus house salami - A true one of a kind showcasing the superb quality of the meat and simply flavoured with Telicherry black pepper. 

Achari Salami - Awarded Best Overall Product at the British Charcuterie Awards 2019, this unique salami is flavoured with fennel, black pepper and nigella, blending tradition and innovation to create a truly exceptional product. 

Smoked Coppa - Taken from the collar, this is one of the most prized cuts which is delicately smoked to enhance the natural sweetness of the meat.  A fantastic addition to any charcuterie platter or equally good on its own!

Air dried beef - Cured with balanced spices and air dried - this lean beef cut is rich and intense and a real favourite 

 

The platters are for a minimum of 4 people and are charged at £24.50 per head. The platter is accompanied by a selection of fresh breads, olives, pickles and chutneys
